Golden Dunes Estates LLC (GDE ), is a subsidiary of gDi. Although GDE was established in 2008, the partners of this entity have been active players in the real estate market of the Sultanate of Oman for over 15 years.
GDE have properties in prime locations in various parts of Muscat, Oman. The company owns, manages and maintains a portfolio of commercial and residential properties within Muscat and have partnered with like minded investors to initiate property development in Rwanda, East Africa where 7 of the 25 villas planned have been completed and ready for marketing. The success of this initiative in Rwanda could be followed by similar initiates across East Africa.
